Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki and energy healing offer gentle ways to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and bring compassionate attention to places that feel stressed, depleted, or out of balance.

Sessions may include hands-on or hands-near work, chakra balancing, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Intuitive Emotional Energy Therapy (IEET℠), cord-cutting relationship healing, quantum intuitive healing, meditation, and sound.

Lotus Light Reiki

Lotus Light Reiki is intentionally offered and listed among Asttarte’s traditions. It carries a soft, nurturing quality associated with Divine Mother energy and may support self-love, tenderness, emotional comfort, and compassionate inner-child healing. It may be practiced on its own or woven with other Reiki lineages.
